Royal Arthur Lodge No. 1360 (“the Lodge”, “we”) collects personal data when you contact us, enquire about membership, or use the members’ area of this site. This includes your name, email address, and any information you choose to share in a message or membership enquiry. Members using the Festive Board ordering system may also provide dietary requirements and guest details.

We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, administer membership, and organise Lodge meetings and dining. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Payment information for Festive Board dining is processed directly by Stripe; the Lodge does not see or store card details.
